ATMs at the United Center
BMO Harris Bank ATMs are located inside the arena and Atrium. They can be found at sections 117 (near Bull Market),
221 (near Stadium Club), 327 (near First Aid), inside the Box Office Lobby (East Atrium) and inside the Atrium near
the men and women's bathrooms.
To better ensure a secure environment during all Chicago Bulls home games, fans are discouraged from bringing bags to
the United Center. In accordance with this request, the NBA has issued a new bag policy that applies to all team
The league's new policy prohibits all backpacks and hard-sided bags, along with any other bags (including briefcases,
luggage, purses and diaper bags) that are larger than 14"x14"x6" in size. Single-compartment drawstring bags and
fashion backpack purses will be permitted. Please note that all approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry,
and the United Center is unable to check or store prohibited items during the game.
All candidates interested in becoming a Chicago Bulls Ballboy/Ballgirl must be between the ages of 16 and 20. Please
note that this is a season-long commitment. To apply, please write a letter and mail it to the Chicago Bulls, c/o
Ballboys/Ballgirls, 1901 West Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60612-2459. Applications will not be accepted at the door.
Finalists for full-time ballpersons and alternates will be notified by phone. No follow-up calls, please.
BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD UPGRADE PROMOTION
Don't forget to bring your BlueCross/BlueShield Illinois insurance card to every Bulls home game for a chance to be
upgraded to 100 Level seats! Fans are selected at random by a Bulls Team Member during pregame.
BMO HARRIS BANK SIGN MAKING STATION
Show your pride and cheer on the Bulls! Provided by BMO Harris Bank, posters and markers are available for fans of
all ages to create their own signs to display throughout the game! This station is located on the 100 Level
concourse near Section 106/107 and on the 300 Level concourse near Section 301/302 from gates open until tip-off.

BUDWEISER GOOD SPORT DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
The Chicago Bulls promote responsible drinking and positive fan behavior at the United Center and offer fans the
Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver program at all Bulls games. For those guests 21 and over who wish not to
consume alcohol while at the United Center, you may sign up for this program at either Gates 2 or 6 Guest Relations
booths where you will receive a coupon for one free regular size fountain soda.

Bulls Kid Nation
Bulls Kid Nation is our kids club dedicated to providing opportunities for our youngest fans through game experiences
and exclusive offers. Membership is available through two packages: the ROOKIE (free) or the ALL STAR (fan

For Bulls games, cameras are allowed into the United Center. Video cameras are also allowed, but cannot be used to
record any game action. Tripods of any kind are not allowed. Small tablet devices (such as an iPad) are allowed into
the building, but laptop computers are not allowed.

Chicago Stadium Club
The Chicago Stadium Club is a members-only dining club located on the 200 Lexus Club Level near section 224 with
seating for 325 people. The club is open to guests holding tickets to the 200 Level only. The club may be closed
during special events such as concerts and family shows. The Chicago Stadium Club remains open one hour post-game.
Children under 36" in height are not required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket
must share a seat with an accompanying adult.
Concessions are provided by Levy. Coolers, bottles, cans, thermoses and food are not permitted. Find out more about

- From O'Hare Airport:
Take I-90 East (Kennedy Expressway) toward Chicago. I-90 East will merge with I-94 East. Continue on I-90/94

- From Midway Airport:
Take Cicero Ave North to I-55 (Stevenson Expressway). Take I-55 North to I-90/94 West. Take I-90/94 West (Dan

Goose Island Pub
The Goose Island Pub is located across from section 109 and is open to all ticketed guests during events. The Goose
Island Pub remains open one hour post-event.
Groups of 25 or more can enjoy discounts for select games, along with many exclusive extras! For group ticket
information, call 312-455-4000 and ask for a Ticket Executive. Group mini-poster pick up location is at our Guest
Relations Booth located near Section 325.
Guest Relations booths are located at the entrance of Gates 2 and 6, the Lexus Club Level at section 221, and on the

The Michael Jordan statue is one of Chicago's
favorite tourist attractions. Every day people from all over the world come to visit and have their picture taken in
front of one of Chicago's most famous and recognizable landmarks. The Michael Jordan statue is located in the Atrium
and has a secure entrance at the East Atrium doors located off of Wood St. The Atrium's entrances will be open and
available to the public Monday-Sunday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on non-event days and Monday-Sunday from 10 a.m. to one
hour after events, including Bulls and Hawks games and concerts.
KETEL ONE CLUB
The Ketel One Club is a private restaurant/bar for season ticket holders located between sections 118-119 in the 100
Level. Membership is required.
Lost and Found
Lost items may be turned in or claimed at the Guest Relations booths on the 100 Level (Gate 2 and 6) and 300 Level
(near section 325). To inquire about a lost item after an event, please fill out this form. You will be
contacted if an item is turned in that matches your item. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 7 days.
Magellan Courtside Club
The Magellan Courtside Club is a members-only, all-inclusive dining club located on the southeast side of the court
and can be accessed through Gate 4. The club is open to guests holding Bench or Courtside tickets only and remains
open one hour post-game. The club may be closed during special events such as concerts and family shows.
Bulls official merchandise is available at the Madhouse Team Store in the East Atrium, the Bull Market in the United
Center at Section 117 and online at Shop.Bulls.com. The Madhouse Team Store is
open 10 a.m. until one hour post-event on game days and 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on non-game days. Complimentary parking
is available in Lot H until 5 p.m. on game days and during store hours on non-game days.
MOBILE ENTRY/ TICKETING
You now have the convenience of using your smartphone as your game ticket. You no longer need to bring your physical
tickets to the game. Your smartphone is your ticket to the game. This includes season tickets and single game
tickets purchased online or forwarded by email through authorized outlets including Bulls.com, ClickTix, TicketExchange, Ticketmaster.com or other United Center approved outlets.
**Tickets in the form of a .pdf cannot be scanned on your smartphone at the gates
— Tickets in the form of a .pdf must be printed on paper in advance for entry.
The Chicago Bulls play the song "Sirus" from Eye in The Sky by The Alan Parsons Project during starting
introductions. The Bulls' most popular songs played at the United Center can be purchased on three CDs: The Chicago
Bulls Greatest Hits, Vol. I, II and III.
Public parking is available on all four sides of the United Center. Parking prices range from $24 to $40 depending on
the lot selected. (Buses can park in Lot B at the corner of Damen Ave. and Warren Blvd. Handicapped parking is
located in Lot G on the west end of the United Center off of Damen Ave.) Parking can be purchased on a first-come,
first-served basis upon arrival, or in advance by visiting www.ticketmaster.com.
Fans are permitted to take photographs from their seats. However, video, flash photography and moving about are

Level containing (34) Budweiser Champions Club Boxes, 5 Super Suites on the Penthouse Level, and the BMO Harris Club

- Posters, banners, signs or flags
- Laser pens or laser products of any type
- Animals (excluding service animals)

- Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pepper spray and mace.

Public Transportation (Metra and CTA)
Taking CTA to the United Center: #19 United Center Express buses begin/end their trips at Michigan/Randolph.
To United Center:
Buses no longer serve stops along Michigan at Chicago, Superior, Erie, Ohio, Illinois, Hubbard and South Water.
More frequent service operates from Michigan/Randolph approximately every 10 minutes, starting 90 minutes before
events until start of event.
From United Center:
Buses no longer serve stops along Michigan at South Water, East Wacker, Hubbard, Grand, Ontario, Huron and Chicago.
Buses operate from the United Center every few minutes until one hour after events end.

Easy connections can be made from CTA train lines and three Metra terminals: Randolph St., NorthWestern, and Union
Stations. Every 12 minutes starting for 2 hours before the game and buses wait for you after the game.
Queenie's Supper Club
Queenie's Supper Club is an ideal pre-concert dinner choice. New to the United Center this year, Queenie's draws
inspiration from our Wisconsin neighbors and features a modern interpretation of a classic Midwestern supper club.
Historically recognized as a place for friends and families to gather for supper and entertainment, the concept is a

The United Center seating capacity for Bulls games is 20,917. Any attendance number announced above that includes
standing room tickets.
SENSORY INCLUSIVE VENUE
United Center is proudly certified as a sensory inclusive venue in Chicago. United Center staff has been trained by
medical professionals on recognizing guests with sensory needs and how to properly handle a sensory overload
Additionally, the arena has sensory bags available for guests to check out at Guest Relations Booths located inside
Gates 2 and 6 on the 100 level, Section 221 and Section 325. Sensory bags include noise canceling headphones, fidget
tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads. A designated quiet room is also available to guests near Section 115
at the First Aid/Family Room.
The United Center became a smoke-free facility on Jan. 16, 2006. In accordance with the Chicago Clean Indoor Air
Ordinance of 2005, all forms of smoking are prohibited throughout the entire building. An outdoor smoking area is
available to guests during all events at the United Center. The designated area is located outside Gate 7 and can be
accessed by reverse scanning your ticket before you exit. You will then re-enter the arena through Gate 6.

Strollers must be checked in at any of the Guest Relations booths located at Gates 2 or 6, the Lexus Club Level at
section 221, or on the 300 Level across from section 325.
Chicago Bulls games are televised by WGN-TV, Comcast SportsNet Chicago and WCIU-TV. View a list of broadcast dates and times. Additionally, with NBA League Pass, you will be able to see up to 40 out-of-market regular
season games a week. Games included in NBA LEAGUE PASS are in addition to those available on ABC, TNT, NBA TV, ESPN,

This Little Goat went to the Taqueria
New to the United Center this year, This Little Goat went to the Taqueria will serve a mouthwatering selection of street tacos, among other dishes, made with This Little Goat sauces and spice mixes. It will be located on the main concourse beginning in late Summer 2019.

Will Call is located at the Box Office in the atrium on the east end of the United Center. It can be accessed through
the Wood St. entrance off of Lot H. Will Call windows open 90 minutes prior to game time. Tickets left at will call

Wheelchair escorts are provided by Guest Services. Please ask any United Center team member for assistance.
The United Center has designated "Rideshare Pick Up" zones. Guests can request a car from their favorite rideshare
app and meet their driver for a quicker departure. Pick up zones include the corners of Washington Blvd. and Wood

UNITED CENTER FAN ASSIST PROGRAM
The UC Assist Program will help provide a fast resolution to any game day problems that may occur inside the United
Center. If you observe inappropriate behavior near your seats—obscene language, drunkenness, fighting, smoking,
etc.—please alert United Center security by texting: ucassist [space] followed by the section and row where the
problem is occurring, and a brief description of the issue to 69050. Your phone number and identity will remain
confidential. Once your text has been sent, you will receive a bounce-back message confirming receipt. United Center
security personnel will then respond to your location to issue the appropriate warning(s). If the problem continues,
security will take further action, which may include removing the unruly fan(s) from the building. Participation in
