BUFFALO BRAVES LOGO
1970: The Buffalo Braves logo on the belt buckle celebrates the team's inception. The Buffalo Braves were one of three expansion franchises that joined the league in the 1970-71 season.
1978: The Pacific blue colorway pays homage to the Clippers' relocation to San Diego, the colorway being one piece of the Buffalo era that stayed with the team in San Diego. In 1978, the team name changed to the "Clippers," a reference to the sailing vessels that pass through the San Diego Bay.
LETTERING & TAPING
