If tickets are transferred to you, you will receive the email below. Click on the “Accept Tickets” button located at the bottom of the email.

You will then be directed to the Spurs Account Manager log in page. If you do not have an account, you can create one at this time.

You will then sign into your Account Manager to complete the transfer offer.

Once you are logged in, the transfer offer will automatically appear in a pop-up window. Click “accept all” button and tickets will appear in your account.

The transferrer will then receive a confirmation email letting them know the recipient successfully claimed the ticket and now has access to them.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY TICKETS ON MY SMARTPHONE?
Download the free Official San Antonio Spurs App from iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store. Go to “Tickets” located on the bottom navigation. Click “Manage” and enter your email address and password. This is the same email and password that you use to log into your Spurs Account Manager. Once you have logged into your account, you can view, transfer or resell your tickets right from your phone.
CAN I USE A SCREENSHOT OF MY TICKET?
No, a mobile ticket must be provided either within the app, the mobile website or within your phone’s wallet to gain entry.
CAN I PRINT MY TICKET FROM HOME
No. This year, tickets are digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket. This includes any ticket forwarded/transferred to another account or purchased off a Third party site such as, NBA TicketExchange or StubHub.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TICKET DOESN’T SCAN PROPERLY?
That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, your ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket barcode directly into the scanner.
WHAT IF I LOSE CONNECTIVITY / CAN’T CONNECT TO MY ACCOUNT AT THE AT&T CENTER?
The Spurs App includes offline mode so once the tickets have been added to your account, you will be able to access them regardless of internet connectivity. To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving to the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay (if you’re an Android user).
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE OR I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ABOUT MOBILE TICKETING AT THIS TIME?

WHAT IF I HAVE A WINDOWS PHONE, A BLACKBERRY OR OTHERWISE CAN’T DOWNLOAD THE SPURS MOBILE APP?
You can always access your tickets via your smartphone’s browser. Log into your account.
SHOULD I CONTINUE TO PRINT MY PARKING PASS THROUGH MY ACCOUNT MANAGER SITE?
You will not be able to print your parking pass. If you do not have the ticket stock version of a parking permit, then your parking passes is accessible via the Spurs App. The parking lot attendant will scan your pass directly off your smartphone.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON A SINGLE PHONE?
Yes; however, it’s much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket.
WHAT IF MY ENTIRE PARTY ISN’T WITH ME WHEN I’M READY TO ENTER?
You can easily send each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.
DOES THE PERSON I SEND THE TICKETS TO NEED A TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT?
Yes. If they don’t have one already, they will create one in the acceptance process.
CAN TICKET HOLDERS TRANSFER TICKETS AFTER THE EVENT HAS STARTED?
Yes; however, you cannot sell tickets after the event has begun.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?
Our venue is PCI compliant, giving you the highest available security to ensure that your credit card, driver’s license, and account password are all well protected.
WHAT IF I FORWARD TICKETS TO THE WRONG PERSON, CAN I RECALL THE TICKETS?
Yes, you can reclaim tickets as long as they haven’t been accepted by the recipient.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NEW AND PREVIOUS VERSION OF ACCOUNT MANAGER?
Account Manager has been completely redesigned, making it easier than ever to manage your tickets. Now you can quickly navigate the homepage, manage your tickets, and pay your invoices both online and from any mobile device.
HOW DO I LOG IN?
Use the same email address and password that you used to log in to the previous version. You can log in from your mobile device or desktop. Please note that you can no longer log in with your account number.
