Thunder Experiences offers you unique, customized experiences for you and your guests all throughout the 2021-22 Thunder season. How to sign up


1.) Open Thunder App and select Arena

2.) Scroll and down and select Experiences

3.) Select Experiences by Event or by the Experience

4.) Toggle on Thunder Cash before selecting Order Now

Thunder Experiences: Frequently Asked Questions

You do not need to register for Thunder Experiences. As long as are logged into your Thunder account on the Thunder app then you can access Thunder Experiences. This will allow you to access pre-loaded Thunder cash, a virtual currency only redeemable within Thunder Experiences, to be used throughout the season. Contact your person Thunder account manager if you need help

Thunder Experiences are for full season ticket members.
Experiences will be released at noon on the 1st of each month for all games scheduled during that month.
Experiences are limited however new opportunities will continue to become available throughout the season and from game to game. Be sure to check back often!
Follow the prompts after you confirm your redemption to learn how to redeem your Experience. You should receive a confirmation email as well. If you have any questions, please contact your personal Thunder account manager.
Thunder Cash is allocated every October based on your tenure as a Full Season Ticket Member. They do not rollover from season to season and Experiences are only available during the regular season.
All season ticket members are allocated complimentary Thunder Cash each October based on their tenure with the team. Your Thunder Cash balance will be viewable once logged in.
